The dish I served at one of my first dinner parties I gave way back in England to introduce JS to some of my friends was, at his request āEnglish Leg of Lamb with all the trimmingsā and he still keeps talking about it. He absolutely loved it and I could have made this for him quite easily once a week then.
When later we went to Florence, this beautiful city, I happen to mention to some of our Italian friends the āEnglish Leg of Lambā¦ā¦ā story and guess what! Yes ā right, one day at a beautiful Lunch in the Tuscan Countryside they served āTuscan Leg of Lamb with a spread of beautifully oven roasted vegetablesā from their garden ā both JS and I thought we had gone to heaven.

It looks so delicious. I’ve tried a similar dish with a bit of tandoori mix in it. Unfortunately I made it up as I was doing it and never wrote down what I’d put into it so it will forever remain a one-off. When I saw your recipe I didn’t want to let it slip through my fingers again!
