Hi there! We’re the Spice Sisters, Nilam and Veena. We love food: especially Indian food, so we married our Britishness to our culinary skills to create six lip-smacking currylicious spice kits! And to add to the range we supply some essential cooking equipment for you to enjoy.

Korma (Mild): This creamy and fragrant curry full of flavour. A Mughlai dish from North India, Korma is typically made with cream and nuts, which adds extra richness. (Ingredients: Ginger, Sea Salt, Turmeric, Coriander, Fenugreek Leaves, Paprika, Cumin, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Cloves).
Tikka Masala (Mild):
Tikka Masala is creamy spiced tomato dish with a hint of lemon. It’s said to be the nation’s favourite dish. Tikka means pieces. (Ingredients: Ginger, Sea Salt, Turmeric, Coriander, Paprika, Fenugreek Leaves, Cumin, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Cloves).
Biryani Rice (Mild):
Biryani Rice is an Indian classic rice dish which can eaten on it’s own, with a Curry On Cooking spice kit or a sauce of your choice. (Ingredients: Sea Salt, Turmeric, Paprika, Nigella, Mustard Seeds, Cuim Seeds Ginger, Coriander, Fenugreek Leaves, Cumin Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Cloves).
Pakora (Mild/Medium):
Pakoras are served as a starter with a yoghurt dip or tamarind chutney, and the spice kit can be used to make vegan, meat or fish pakoras. (Ingredients: Sea Salt, Turmeric, Paprika, Ginger, Coriander, Chilli, Fenugreek Leaves, Cumin, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Cloves. May contain Sesame Seeds).
Bombay Potatoes (Mild/Medium): A popular, simply spiced dry potato dish. They make a great alternative to roast potatoes; instead of cubing try mashing and serving with sausages. (Ingredients: Sea Salt, Turmeric, Paprika, Nigella Seeds, Brown Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Ginger, Coriander, Fenugreek Leaves, Chilli, Cumin, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Cloves).
Balti (Medium): Balti is a style of cooking, almost like a stir fry. Said to be invented in the UK, Birmingham lays claim to being its birthplace. Balti literally translates from the Punjabi as bucket and describes the pot in which food is cooked and served: a flat-bottomed, two-handled wok. (Ingredients: Sea Salt, Turmeric, Paprika, Ginger, Coriander, Chilli, Fenugreek Leaves, Cumin, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Clove).
Jalfrezi (Hot): Jalfrezi is a marinated dish with the word ‘jal’ translating as hot, as in fiery heat and hot and spicy. This dish is fast becoming one of the nation’s favourite. (Ingredients: Ginger, Sea Salt, Turmeric, Chilli, Paprika, Coriander, Fenugreek Leaves, Cumin, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Cloves).
Madras (Very Hot): Madras is a vibrant hot and spicy dish originating from the south of India, Madras is traditionally made with vegetables but in the UK it tends to be made with meat! This is our hottest kit in our range. (Ingredients: Chilli, Coriander, Turmeric, Ginger, Sea Salt, Paprika, Fenugreek Leaves, Cumin, Ground Fenugreek, Garlic, Fennel, Mustard, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cloves).
